Refund policy

At BlendGo™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
